We were asked to dress a wedding cake by Family Cake Company, we liaised with the main florist to replicate the flower choices so the design matched the main floral displays. every cake design is different and the mechanics change to suit the application, so on this occasion we used floral picks and gutter tape as the preparation then inserted directly into the cake.
